Mitlyng’s Bait is your one stop convenience store as well as your 24 hour bait shop for minnows, crawlers and leeches. Conveniently located just east of the Lac Qui Parle Dam (intersection of Chippewa County Roads 13 and 32), Mitlyng’s provides the perfect stepping-off point for your fishing adventures.  Licenses are also sold here.

In addition to meeting all your fishing needs, Mitlyng’s also rents canoes. With the unique contours of the shoreline, the numerous islands in Lac Qui Parle Lake as well as the plentiful bird watching opportunities, renting a canoe from Mitlyng’s is a delightful way to explore the “Lake that Speaks”.
